Caligula is a unique party game born from the love between the classic games Nomic and Quarters. The main goal of this game is to create laws and trick other players into breaking them. When a player breaks a law, they have two options: pay a fine with coins or carry out a penalty action, which could very well be 'Take a drink!' At the start of the game, players select the Fool (the youngest one) and the Arbiter (the oldest one).

To start playing Caligula, first choose the Fool (the youngest player) and the Arbiter (the oldest player). The core of the game is to make laws and try to get others to break them. When a law is broken, the player has the choice to either pay a fine using coins or perform a penalty action like taking a drink. Make sure to handle the coins carefully and don't lose them. Also, if the penalty involves drinking, do it responsibly. There's no special maintenance needed for this game, just keep the cards and coins in a safe place when not in use.
